For two years, owners have asked for the bushes and trees be trimmed back from pool side. At least 90 cm from the edge of the pool. Then leaves and branches will not fall into the pool. Unfortunately, Committee has persons who disagree that leaves and branches fall into the pool. They also say that trimming bushes and trees will be ugly and detract from the landscape beauty. Unfortunately, bushes are inside bordering the pool and CANNOT be seen from the deck or pool chairs. Building Manager was told that hotels and condos would not let bushes grow into the pool. But Building Manager said "I don't know, I've never been to hotel and don't know about other condos and their pools".

Owners would like to live in a professionally managed Condo, supervised a Building Committee who cares about quality of life issues. Unfortunately, 3 Committee members resigned in the past two year terms, because input about improving the living style of Plus38 was cut off by Committee President and not included for proper discussion. The latest Committee only has 6 members, not the full 9 that can be elected. Owners would like to know why proper voting procedures were not held and ballots sent out to all owners with candidates who wanted to volunteer on the committee.
“Owners and guests, sometimes see problems, but we think Building Management will fix, but long time owners know that Committee and Management are not interested in improvement and problems will not be corrected. This is their nature. We all must stand up and say or write to Building Management to make changes today.”
