We Wise (Management of Plus 38 Condo)

Dear Khun Supannee,

 

At noon today, I met with you and your assistant at the lobby desk.  I asked if you received email on Monday 8 April, regarding branches entering pool.  A picture was sent with a clear message stating the picture was taken on 8 April.  You never replied.  

 

In front of your staff, you embarrassed me and said you did not reply because that picture was old.  I said you have insulted my integrity and that picture was taken on the 8th.  I then asked you to go to the pool and show me that my picture was fake.  You smiled and said you would not go because you arebusy.  I said please prove me wrong and you are right by showing me that no branches are in the pool and the pic is old.  You refused to go.  

 

You have demonstrated that you are not interested in making the pool garden clean and beautiful as it use to be.  And you insulted me by saying I post old pictures in front of your staff.  Thus you showed your staff that it is ok not to reply to messages if pictures are old.  And you also showed it is ok to insultowners of Plus 38 Condo.

 

This is picture taken today 10 April at 12:15 - the same pic that was sent to you on 8 April, except this picture the branches are longer.

 

You still have not sent me the written guidelines that you confirmed you have about specifications of maintaining pool garden.  It has been ten (10) days.  As a professional Building manager, you should provide information to Sellers, Buyers, Owners, Renters and Agents who will see this information on facebook and website and youtube.

       Pool Deck - Conspiracy Theory Plus 38

A committee member said contractor wrote in contract that Primer would be used for the pressurised wood.  It was not used.  And immediately paint started to peel.  Building management should have contacted contractor to properly complete job. (Sinful that Building Management did not inspect work to see if Primer was used).  Upon repainted, Primer was still not used.  Again paint peeled off.  Again Khun Supannee did not inspect or quality control contractor work.  Then Committee said it was a weather issue from the rain.  Denying anything to do with the Primer.  Then Khun Wilai, CEO We Wise Management, said she would personally guarantee proper painting with primer in January 2018.  As you can see nothing has been done.  Committee does not care, Managment does not care and unfortunately, few if any owners go to the deck or care.
