Swimming Pool or Swamp?
Building Management likes leaves, sticks and branches floating in pool. We can only assume the like the "Swamp" look of trees and bushes hanging into the pool. Do you think they might add and Alligator statue along the pool edge to make it more authentic? haha Plus 38 always exciting!
The Pool is approximately 20 metres in length and tiled. It has depth of 3 feet. The pool is a beautiful feature of lifestyle available to Plus 38 residents.

The management team would like to answer the following questions:
1) Does We Wise Management support leaves, sticks and branches in pool water? Yes or No
Answer : No
2) If you answer NO, to question 1, will you trim bushes and trees bordering the poolside at least 70cm from the pool edge? Yes or No?
Answer : Usually we will always cut the tree with the edge of the pool.
3) Does Plus 38 Condo have written rules stating that it is acceptable practice to allow free flow of branches, leaves and sticks into pool? Yes or No?
Answer : Yes
