Email to Committee:
We sent email to Committee President Khun Thanadit asking to replace fluorescent bulbs with LED on 3rd and 4th floors.
The reply was "Thank you for your email have a great day."
The committee has NO interest in reducing electricity bills by 50%
It is very sad. There are many problems with 38Plus and Committee just closes its eyes. In the future there will be serious financial problems and no preventative maintenance has been done and no savings for future emergency projects is saved.
